During the forum, each guest gave speeches in turn, sharing the idea on a series of issues such as the research of ceramic and food, the development of the food culture between orient and west, the new development trend of the hotel and catering industry and the interconnection of cooking at home and abroad etc.
The Bocuse World Cooking Competition is a cooking competition named by the world’s most famous French chef Paul Bocuse. Known as the “Culinary Olympics”, it is held every two years and brings together the world’s top culinary masters to compare their culinary skills.
In 2018, France GL Events and Lingnan Holding Guangzhilv International Exhibition Company formally signed a contract for the Bocuse China Association which would be permanently settled in Guangzhou and has opened a new page between Bocuse and China.
