The Mid-Autumn Festival is a time for reunion, connection, and sharing meaningful moments with the people around us.
To celebrate the festival, the Labor Union of Guangdong Dawan Industrial organized a special Mid-Autumn Festival team-building event themed “Full Moon, Shared Happiness with PITO.” PITO colleagues gathered together to enjoy a festive evening featuring traditional customs, fun activities, and a reunion dinner.
More than a celebration, the event offered everyone an opportunity to step away from their daily routines, connect with colleagues, and experience the warmth and sense of community within the PITO team.
Celebrating Together, Creating Lasting Memories
The venue was decorated with Mid-Autumn Festival elements, including traditional lanterns, jade rabbits, osmanthus flowers, and a themed backdrop, creating a warm and festive atmosphere.
Colleagues signed in throughout the event and left their names on specially prepared porcelain plates. Everyone also took photos in front of the festive displays before coming together for a group photo to capture the memorable occasion.
For PITO, the gathering was also an opportunity for the team to slow down, connect, and enjoy time together beyond the daily work routine.
Fun Activities and Traditional Festival Customs
Traditional Bo Bing, a popular Mid-Autumn Festival game, was one of the highlights of the event. Colleagues participated in groups, enjoying the excitement and surprises of each round while sharing plenty of laughter.
The creative moon-lantern painting activity added another interactive element to the celebration. Working in groups, colleagues designed and painted their own Mid-Autumn-themed moon lanterns, turning their ideas into unique creations.
Combining traditional customs with creative teamwork, the activities brought everyone closer while offering a fun way to experience the spirit of the festival.
A Reunion Dinner to Share the Festive Spirit
As evening arrived, everyone gathered around the table for a reunion dinner.
Colleagues talked about work and everyday life, shared stories, and enjoyed a relaxed evening together. The dinner created another opportunity to strengthen connections and build a closer team.
After the dinner, everyone joined a traditional Bai Yue Niang moon-worship ceremony, expressing wishes for peace and happiness for their families and sharing hopes for the continued development of the company.
