History

2003 - Foundation

PITO was officially founded, marking the beginning of a journey committed to ceramic artistry and premium craftsmanship.

Located in Chaozhou, China’s renowned "Porcelain Capital," PITO 20,000+ square meter production facility brings together over 200 experts in R&D, technology, and manufacturing.

From the start, PITO set out to create high-end porcelain that blends beauty, functionality, and craftsmanship.

2010-2011 - Experience Elevated, Brand Reinforced

PITO opened its first brand store, Shaxi Zhongtao, in Guangzhou, delivering an immersive and premium porcelain experience. This strategic move strengthened our brand presence.

With exceptional quality and innovative design, PITO ranked among China’s Top 10 Ceramic Tableware Suppliers, solidifying its position as a key player in the premium ceramics market.

2012-2014 - Accolades for Quality & Integrity

PITO selected as the official tableware supplier for the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Master Chef Summit, highlighting PITO reputation in professional culinary circles.

Additionally, PITO also received recognition as a “Green Product Consumer Confidence Demonstration Enterprise” and “Guangdong Integrity Model Enterprise”, reflecting our commitment to sustainability and corporate responsibility.

2016 - Global Recognition and Presidential Honor

PITO tableware was selected by the Presidential Palace of Tajikistan for official diplomatic banquets and received a personal letter of appreciation from the Presiden.

This indicates that PITO tableware has been recognized and marked a milestone in PITO’s entrance into the realm of high-level international hospitality.

2017 - Showcasing at Expo, Preserving Heritage

As the only ceramic brand representing China at Expo 2017 Astana, PITO showcased the intangible cultural heritage of Chinese porcelain craftsmanship at the China Pavilion to audiences from over 100 countries. This event marked a pivotal step in PITO global expansion, promoting Chinese ceramic culture worldwide.

2018 - Innovation-Driven, Flagship Upgraded

The grand opening of the PITO Shaxi flagship store in Guangzhou, elevated the luxury retail presence.

In the same year, PITO was recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise, underscoring PITO’s leadership in ceramic innovation and technology.

2019 - Leading in Exports, Expanding Globally

PITO was honored as the  "Guangdong’s Top Export Brand", a testament to its excellence in craftsmanship and international appeal.

PITO continues to expand its global footprint by participating in key international exhibitions, including the Food & Beverage Hospitality Exhibition in Nepal and the New England Food Show (USA).

2020 - Bridging Art, Education, and Porcelain Culture

PITO proudly established the Greater Bay Area Porcelain & Culinary Culture Creative Experience Center, a hub dedicated to showcasing the artistry of fine porcelain and culinary aesthetics.

The center also serves as an off-campus practical learning base for several prestigious institutions, including Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts, Guangzhou University, Guangzhou College of Finance, and Shantou University—fostering cross-disciplinary collaboration and nurturing the next generation of creative talent in design, craftsmanship, and cultural innovation.

2021 - Strengthening Global Trade Networks through Strategic Partnerships

The Great Bay of PITO hosted a landmark business cooperation signing ceremony with the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce and the Angola Chamber of Commerce.

This strategic collaboration led to the establishment of PITO’s International Commercial Trading Base, marking a significant step forward in promoting cross-border trade and cultural exchange.

2022 - Innovation & Global Integration

PITO was awarded "Top 10 Chaozhou Tea Set Brand" and "Guangdong Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprise," while establishing the "Chaozhou Engineering Technology Research Center." PITO has invested in automated production lines and actively transformed into an intelligent technology-based enterprise.

Participation in the China (Dubai) Trade Fair 2022, PITO further expanded the presence in the Middle East.

2023 - Global Prestige, Peak Recognition

PITO became the official tableware sponsor of the Golden Globe Awards and the designated banquet supplier for European heads of state, elevating our global prestige. 

PITO very honored to host consuls general from Angola, Brazil, and other nations to strengthen international partnerships.

PITO exhibited at Shanghai HOTELEX, WOFEX Manila, Hotel & Hospitality Expo Saudi Arabia, Indonesia Hospitality Exhibition, PIR Expo 2023 (Moscow), and the Canton Fair. By showcasing its China porcelain craftsmanship worldwide, PITO has significantly enhanced its international visibility, taking a major step forward in its journey toward becoming a globally recognized brand.

PITO achieved Advanced AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) Certification, a prestigious recognition by global customs authorities that enhances our supply chain efficiency. This accreditation further solidifies our competitive edge in worldwide markets.

PITO welcomed consuls general of the United States, Argentina, Peru, and Uruguay in Guangzhou, signaling deeper international engagement. Our presence at Ambiente Frankfurt, Canton Fair, NRA Show Chicago, and Expo 2025 Osaka further amplified our global voice—continuing to share the elegance and legacy of Chinese porcelain with the world.

PITO welcomed Consuls General from the United States, Argentina, Peru, and Uruguay, marking a new stride in our global engagement.
