On May Day, PITO Union organized a team-building activity that was “full of laughter, tears, and warmth,” truly interpreting what a “workers’ festival” is all about! The moment when balloons burst triggered exclamations, and the banana-feeding failures were hilarious…From the sound of bursting balloons to the laughter in the banana game, these fun moments actually brought us closer together! PITO Union proved with the 5 magical games at the “May Day Team-building Carnival” site that real team-building is not about military-style hardship but about quietly enhancing team cohesion amid laughter and joy!
Game Highlights: Moments of Laughter and Tears
1. Balloon Holding and Walking in Circles: The Friendship of Adults Begins with “Balloon Burst Phobia”!
- The all-male team of tough guys worked together with all their might, and the balloon explosion set off the team-building site.
- The finance girl screamed all the way: “The balloon is going to burst! My foundation can’t be ruined!”
2. Mineral Water Relay: The Precious Moment of Humans Taming Their Limbs!
- The “human conveyor belt” was smooth and fluid, with the bottle spinning 720° in the air and landing precisely in the arms.
- “100 Ways to Lose the Bottle” — rolling, sliding on knees, flying out of the field…
3.Blindfolded Bell Ringing and Banana Eating: Embarrassing but Fun!
- Blindfolded Bell Ringing: The precious moment of humans taming their sense of direction.
- Blindfolded Banana Eating: The feeder poked the nose hard, the fed one had banana mush all over the face, and the onlookers laughed until they clucked!
