By staying true to the principles of traditional Neapolitan pizza while responding to local market preferences, +39 offers an example of how international restaurant brands can preserve their culinary identity while building connections with new markets.

From Chaozhou Gongfu tea to Neapolitan espresso, these two traditions may be thousands of kilometres apart, yet both reflect a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, time, and flavour. Such shared values create meaningful connections between culinary cultures around the world.
