The conference aimed to promote the “Go Global” strategy of China’s hotel supplies industry, strengthen in-depth cooperation with Australia, further shape the influence of Chinese brands in the international market, and leverage the cultural output of hotel supplies to aid in the implementation of the globalization strategy of Chinese brands.
Prior to the commencement of the meeting, the Australian Guangdong Chamber of Commerce delegation first toured the cultural and creative development sector, witnessing demonstrations of ceramic craftsmanship and gaining a thorough understanding of the innovative measures in the design, development, and sales of ceramic art.
ARRIBA, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern creativity, has made positive contributions to the dissemination and development of Chinese ceramic culture. The Guangdong Chamber of Commerce highly appreciated this effort, encouraging PITO to continue exploring traditional culture and to introduce more high-quality masterpieces.
Following the visit, they toured the PITO product showroom to understand in detail the layout and achievements in export products, international markets, and exhibitions. PITO has successfully exported a variety of ceramic products to overseas markets and has garnered widespread acclaim at international exhibitions.
Durante la reunión, both parties engaged in a lively discussion on how to further enhance the global influence of Chinese hotel supplies brands. En los últimos años, the Chinese hotel supplies industry has shown strong development potential in the global market, and this meeting has become an essential part of deepening the strategy for Chinese brands to “go global.”
Australian Guangdong Chamber of Commerce Suggests Boosting Chinese Brands in Australia.
The Australian Guangdong Chamber of Commerce has advised that Chinese brands could increase their presence in Australia by setting up exhibition centers and partnering with local hotels to highlight premium, customized products that reflect brand identity. They also suggest infusing products with Chinese cultural elements to create a distinct “Chinese signature” and make the stories behind the products accessible to international clients.
Bhang Xiaoqiong, Director of the Guangdong Yuechutong Culinary Academy, shared the institution’s innovative approaches to training in Chinese cuisine, covering curriculum development, faculty resources, and graduate employment. The meeting discussed strategies for joint recruitment and faculty exchanges to nurture Chinese culinary talent for both nations’ catering industries and integrate this with the hotel supplies sector for closer industry collaboration.
To symbolize strengthened ties, President Xu gifted the delegation a ceramic piece, “Dragon Soaring Over the Four Seas,” showcasing the craftsmanship of PITO’s Art Director and cultural heritage inheritor, Señor. Xu Ruisheng. President Wang Guozhong expressed his high appreciation for this, believing that this gift carries the good wishes for cooperation between the two sides and lays an emotional foundation for further exchanges and cooperation in the future.
The delegation also visited member companies like the PITO flagship store, Gaomei, Jiabao, and Zhongqun, to explore innovative products and market trends.
Through these interactions, both sides discussed potential collaborations in the high-end hotel supplies market, aiming to drive industry growth.
The visit has solidified a foundation for cooperation in the hotel supplies industry, with both sides recognizing vast opportunities for collaboration in market expansion, supply chain optimization, and cultural exchange.
