Consulate General of the Philippines “CHI FUN LE” Event
en junio 6, 2025, the Consulate General of the Philippines in Guangzhou successfully concluded the “CHI FUN LE” event at the Shangri-La Hotel Guangzhou, with the PITO Porcelain team invited as special guests.
Centrado alrededor del arte de la cocina, this grand gathering not only showcased the rich cultural heritage of the Philippines but also witnessed a remarkable culinary dialogue between two gastronomic capitals—Chaozhou in China and Iloilo in the Philippines.
On November 27, 2024, at the Yuechu Tong Training Base, Chinese and Filipino chefs competed side by side under the theme “FUN!".
The three chefs shared their culinary insights and engaged in an in-depth discussion on the similarities and differences between the two countries’ food cultures, exploring ways to better integrate Chinese and Filipino cuisines in the future and foster international culinary exchange.
