Bone China

Bone china is a high-quality ceramic made primarily from 45% cinza de osso (typically cow bone ash), blended with kaolin, quartzo, and other natural minerals. It is twice fired at 1,320°C to achieve a vitrified, semi-translucent finish with a jade-like purity. Its high hardness, baixa absorção de água, and elegant translucency make it an ideal choice for luxury hotels, upscale restaurants, and refined home settings.

Exceptional Durability for Commercial Use

  • High Hardness & Wear Resistance
Twice as hard as standard ceramics, highly impact-resistant, and difficult to chip — perfect for high-frequency use in demanding hospitality environments.
  • Heat-Resistant & Densely Vitrified
Fired at 1,320°C for a dense structure with a smooth, scratch-resistant surface and extended product life.
Safe & Eco-Friendly
  • Zero Harmful Substances
Liderar- e sem cádmio. Certified by FDA, LFGB, CE, CQ, SASO, and other global standards — fully compliant with international food safety regulations.
  • Ultra-Low Water Absorption (0.2%)

Porcelana branca real

PITO Royal White Porcelain tableware also strikes a perfect balance between aesthetics, funcionalidade, and long-lasting performance. Royal White Porcelain is a premium category within traditional Chinese whiteware. It is made using high-quality kaolin and mineral materials, precisely formulated and fired twice:

  • Primeiro Disparo (Disparo de Bisque): 700–800°C
  • Second Firing (Glaze Firing): 1320°C

These firing stages eliminate organic materials and moisture, break down carbonates and sulfates prior to glazing, and greatly enhance the hardness, density, and thermal stability of the final porcelain.

Material Advantages

  • Smooth and refined surface: Offers a sleek, silky feel that is both elegant and easy to clean.
  • Low water absorption: The dense body structure ensures minimal porosity, making it more hygienic and stain-resistant.
  • Royal white finish: Also known as European White, this unique glaze finish is achieved through exclusive high-temperature techniques, giving the porcelain a timeless and sophisticated look.
  • High-strength body: Engineered to withstand frequent use in commercial settings, with reinforced durability.
  • Elegant pattern options: Available in a variety of classic and contemporary designs to match any dining aesthetic.
  • Bone china appearance at a competitive cost: Achieves a premium look similar to bone china, while remaining more cost-effective for large-scale hospitality use.
